Blending 25+ years in the dance industry, multiple certifications in yoga and The Bar Method has led me to become an advocate for proper anatomical alignment based on individual body structure while focusing on the how and why, and working diligently for profound results. I hope to instill a passion and discipline for a healthy lifestyle involving daily stretch and strength training in and outside of the studio. Come with an open mind and be prepared to work hard.
